ITEL Advances Toward “Cloud Implementor” Role, Partners with Global Players to Secure Mega Projects and Pave the Way to Becoming a Regional Player

Dr. Nuttanai Anuntarumporn, Chief Executive Officer of Interlink Telecom Public Company Limited (ITEL), revealed the company’s Q2 2025 performance, highlighting its continued business stability and strength in its core operations. The company is also fully prepared to seize opportunities from major national projects, notably the “USO Phase 3” initiative by the NBTC, aimed at ensuring equal access to high-speed internet in remote areas. This project is expected to significantly drive ITEL’s growth in the second half of the year and beyond.

In Q2 2025, ITEL recorded total revenue of 663 million baht. The parent company posted a net profit of 21 million baht from normal operations, reflecting the resilience of its core business. Meanwhile, a subsidiary reported a net loss of 18 million baht due to increased credit loss provisions for a specific customer, leading to a small consolidated loss. Nevertheless, recurring income continued to grow from a loyal base of corporate and private sector clients, alongside new contract signings worth over 10 million baht. This recurring revenue remains a solid and sustainable foundation for long-term growth.

Looking ahead, ITEL is accelerating its transition into a “Cloud Implementor”, offering end-to-end cloud installation and system integration services to capture growth in high-potential markets. The company is also upgrading its Interlink Data Center to meet global PCI DSS v4.0.1 standards, ensuring top-level data security for enterprise clients. As of the end of Q2 2025, ITEL’s backlog stood at 1.8 billion baht.

In line with its sustainability commitment, ITEL is addressing the environmental impact of data center expansion by implementing the “ITEL Green Data Center” project to reduce energy consumption and promote renewable energy usage. This initiative has earned the Climate Action Leader Award, underscoring its leadership in sustainable development. The program not only benefits the environment but also supports the evolving digital industry, boosts AI and cloud infrastructure capabilities, and lowers energy costs — positively impacting gross and net profit margins. ITEL is targeting total group revenue of 3.5 billion baht in 2025.

ITEL is entering a pivotal phase in its regional expansion, holding strategic partnership discussions with international players whose telecom infrastructure spans multiple Southeast Asian countries and who are key players in the region’s digital market. The partnership aims to integrate ITEL’s strengths with global-scale international networks, data centers, and cloud systems, creating a comprehensive digital infrastructure both domestically and internationally, ready to meet growing digital demands.

This collaboration marks a strategic step for ITEL to evolve from a domestic provider to a fully-fledged Regional Player by expanding network connectivity and services to neighboring countries, enabling participation in major regional digital projects, and building strong partner networks across multiple markets. This will elevate ITEL’s position as a key digital hub for regional development in the long term.

ITEL and its partners have already signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) and are working on detailed cooperation terms before seeking official approvals. The company plans to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) to review and approve the partnership.

Dr. Nuttanai concluded, “The heart of ITEL is comprehensive readiness to meet customer needs in every dimension, founded on the highest security standards and sustainable growth. Our commitment to stability and continuous development reflects a strong foundation, forward-looking vision, and the capability to lead ITEL as a top digital industry player in Thailand and the region.”
