Corporate Sustainability Management Policy

ITEL’s Sustainability Management Policy has been established to promote sustainable business development based on creating shared value for all stakeholders, together with effective risk management and long-term competitiveness. The Company seeks to maintain a balance across the economic, social, and environmental dimensions in order to continuously respond to stakeholder expectations.

The implementation of the Sustainability Management Policy is a shared responsibility of the Board of Directors, management, and employees at all levels. The Company focuses on creating value across the following three dimensions:

Sustainability Framework

ITEL has established a Sustainability Framework to guide the direction and planning of the Company’s sustainability initiatives. The framework considers material issues relevant to the business and stakeholders and covers the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) dimensions.

The identification of material sustainability issues takes into consideration the business context, stakeholder expectations, relevant risks and opportunities, as well as economic, social, environmental, and technological trends. This enables ITEL to appropriately integrate sustainability considerations into its core business operations.

ITEL adopts the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs) as a framework for linking its sustainability performance with internationally recognized sustainable development objectives. The Company also discloses sustainability information with reference to internationally recognized reporting frameworks, including the GRI Standards, to enhance transparency and comparability of information.

ITEL continuously develops and reviews its sustainability action plans to ensure alignment with its business direction and changing business context. The Sustainability Framework serves as an important foundation for driving the organization toward tangible and sustainable development.

Sustainability Roadmap

ITEL’s Sustainability Framework is translated into a Sustainability Roadmap to provide a clear direction for ESG implementation and ensure alignment with the Company’s business strategy. The roadmap is regularly reviewed and enhanced to remain consistent with the Company’s context and objectives.

ITEL’s sustainability disclosures reference the GRI Standards, an internationally recognized sustainability reporting framework, and align relevant performance with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).
